Promotion is an important aspect in evaluating the company's performance and encouraging increased customer attraction through communication strategies carried out by the company's human resources. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 712 customers and a sample of 90 respondents obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS program version 27.0. The results of the study showed that: (1) the results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that every 1% increase in promotions would increase customer value by 0.879 points, with a positive relationship direction; (2) the t-test results show a t-calculated value of 18.220 > t-table 0.2072, which means that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, or in other words, the promotion has a significant effect on the customer's value; (3) The promotion variable contributes 79% to customer value, while the remaining 21% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.
Maryanto, Saepul Ma'mun, Maryati, Dadin Solihin Copyright (c) 2026 Maryanto, Saepul Ma'mun, Maryati, Dadin Solihin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.ojs.staisdharma.ac.id/index.php/tjmes/article/view/481 Sun, 11 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Akad Murabahah terhadap Pengembangan Ekonomi Santri di Pesantren KHAS Kempek Cirebon https://www.ojs.staisdharma.ac.id/index.php/tjmes/article/view/545
This study aims to describe the implementation of the murabahah contract at KHAS Kempek Islamic Boarding School and analyze its impact on the economic development of the students. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of murabahah at this boarding school is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economic law, including price transparency, initial agreements, and the avoidance of usury (riba) and excessive uncertainty (gharar). The interest-free payment mechanism and strict Sharia supervision strengthen the integrity of the transactions. Murabahah has a significant positive impact on the economic empowerment of santri, ranging from easier access to capital, enhanced entrepreneurial capacity, to contributions to local economic development. However, challenges such as understanding the technical aspects of the contract and the limitations of cooperative capital still need to be addressed through strengthening Islamic economic literacy and external collaboration. These findings contribute to the development of knowledge and practice in pesantren-based Islamic economics and support the sustainable economic independence of santri.
Ahmad Syukron, Ahmad Fawwaz, Pipin Zaenal Aripin Copyright (c) 2026 ahmad syukron, Ahmad Fawwaz, Pipin Zaenal Aripin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.ojs.staisdharma.ac.id/index.php/tjmes/article/view/545 Sun, 11 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Kesesuaian Praktik Bagi Hasil Pertanian di Kampung Babakan Nagrak dengan Prinsip-Prinsip Hukum Islam https://www.ojs.staisdharma.ac.id/index.php/tjmes/article/view/538
This study examines the conformity of agricultural profit-sharing practices in Babakan Nagrak Village with Islamic legal principles. Previous studies on muzāra‘ah have mostly focused on normative aspects, while empirical practices at the village level remain underexamined. This research aims to fill that gap by analyzing the actual cooperation between landowners and tenant farmers. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method through field observation, in-depth interviews with three key informants, and documentation. The findings show that profit-sharing is implemented using a 1/2–1/2 and 1/3–2/3 ratio based on capital and labor contributions. Generally, the practice fulfills the main elements of a muzāra‘ah contract, such as mutual consent (tarāḍī) and agreed profit ratios. However, the absence of written agreements and unclear risk allocation in case of crop failure potentially leads to elements of gharar. This study contributes by proposing a simple administrative model for muzāra‘ah contracts to improve transparency and fairness based on fiqh muamalah principles. Practically, it can serve as a reference for rural communities in strengthening Sharia-compliant agricultural cooperation.
Nia Sobandi, Lina Pusvisasari, Rayi Nurazizah Copyright (c) 2026 nia_sobandi12 sobandi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.ojs.staisdharma.ac.id/index.php/tjmes/article/view/538 Sun, 11 Jan 2026 00:00:00 +0000
